We understand sometimes you might not be happy after receiving your delivery or simply just changing your mind.
Any returned goods must be complete, unused, and in “as new “condition. Unfortunately, any products that are bespoke, cut from rolls or specially ordered cannot be returned.
If you wish to return your items, you can do this within 14 days after the day of delivery.
- Simply email us at e-floors.co.uk to notify us of your returns
- The goods must be in the same condition there were received and without any damages to the packages
- All returns where there are not as a result of faulty products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of processing orders.
If goods arrive with a manufacturer defects, please notify us and we will be able to rectify this for you.
In all cases where there is no manufacturing fault, you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense.
